About Experience Boat

Navigating the Costa Brava with passion and local expertise

We are Experience Boat, your boat rental company in Roses. We operate from the Marina de Santa Margarita with 8 boats of our own — the perfect departure point for exploring one of the most spectacular coastlines in the Mediterranean.

Our purpose grew from a simple belief: the Costa Brava sea is there to be enjoyed by everyone. That's why we offer boats with and without a licence, private excursions to Cap de Creus and peaceful cruises through the Santa Margarita canals. Whatever your nautical experience, we have the right boat and service for you.

"We make sure every guest gets the most out of their time on the great ocean of the Costa Brava."

Our values

The principles behind every trip out to sea

Every decision we make is guided by three core commitments.

Fleet quality

Our boats and equipment are regularly inspected and maintained. Our fleet includes motorboats, Zodiac-style inflatables and no-licence vessels — so your experience in the Bay of Roses is always comfortable and safe.

Safety first

Safety is not an option — it is our top priority. All boats carry approved safety gear. Our team knows the currents, winds and areas of the Costa Brava to ensure every trip is smooth and worry-free.

Personalised service

We tailor every outing to you. First time on a boat? We walk you through everything calmly. Looking for a private excursion for your group? We design the route to your needs. Our team works to make you feel right at home on the water.

Our team

Nautical experts committed to your experience

The Experience Boat team is made up of qualified professionals with an in-depth knowledge of the Costa Brava sea. Every member brings their passion to ensure your outing is safe, fun and memorable.

Where we sail

Our base in Santa Margarita, your horizon Cap de Creus

We operate from the Marina de Santa Margarita in Roses — a strategic location that puts three completely different nautical settings within minutes of each other: the calm canals, the wide Bay of Roses and the rugged coastline of the Cap de Creus Natural Park.

This exceptional location makes us the ideal choice for those seeking a relaxed no-licence cruise and for experienced skippers wanting to discover the most unspoilt coves of the Costa Brava.
